We wanted to build a house for several years and finally the opportunity presented itself. We looked at several builders, including the big boys, at what felt like every display village in south east Queensland. We went through initial consultation with most of them and came away from each one feeling like we were just a number or that something was missing. That something missing was a personal touch and that your house is as important to the builder as it is to you.

Right from the start, they were transparent, professional and extremely thorough. When we looked at the other proposals, the choice was very obvious. The main reason we chose TMB was they didn't just give us a quote for our construction, but they were prepared to disclose everything!
